I love the concept you have going for you!! Love is war is one of my absolute favorite vocaloid songs! In fact i happen to be listening to it as we speak.

Now back to critiquing. The colors you used were great here, definitely Miku colors. And its good that you can tell what everything is.

But i do see some problems with anatomy. I'm not going to bag on you for the head because honestly it's a popular style and its quite adorable~ ^^ The neck does seem a bit wide, though. Do you have a tablet or do you use a mouse? Also, part of her body seems a little bit off, it seems to be going in a bit much. I also think she should have some slightly wider hips for a more feminine look.

you had a decent light source except for the hair. Try making the shine stronger where the light hits it more. And more contrast between light and dark is always a good idea. That is something that i personally struggle with a lot, both the contrast and the light source.

I love how you did all of the details on her shirt. I appreciate artists that pay attention to detail. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" title=":D (Big Grin)"/> Backgrounds are pretty hard! the fact that you have anything back there is wonderful in itself. Since i have trouble with those myself you may want to use a tutorial for those since i don't know too much about them myself.

i see great things in for you with this picture. You have great vision, i can tell. i hope i wasn't too rough. This really is a lovely picture. btw what program do you use to draw with?

and i did find some background tutorials in case you want to try to use any of them~
